Probably the best present I ever received was a Nespresso machine for Christmas 2016!  I started early on Christmas morning with a 9am Espresso Martini and spent a while figuring out how to make the best one! One of my favourite bars in Dublin to get an espresso martini and which started my obsession is the South William, where they have a number of martini’s on the menu and the Jaffa Cake has by far been the tastiest!

I’ve started to mess around with different concoctions and my favourite at the moment is below:

• Shot of Vanilla Coffee
• Measure of homemade Kahlua
• Dash of Sugar Syrup
• Measure (or two) of Whiskey
• 1/2 measure of Baileys
